 Shannan,
a Realtor and Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty represents a
mix of first time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and investors in
Sonoma County. She mixes the “high tech” marketing with the “high
touch” personal service.
Growing up in Sonoma County gives Shannan the deep, first hand knowledge
of the individual communities and school systems that make up the richly
diverse areas of our county. She has a true understanding of the
uniqueness of each sub-market which helps Shannan in determining the
best match for each buyer or marketing technique for each seller.
A highly dedicated and trustworthy professional, her clients depend on
Shannan’s high level of integrity, patience, effective communication,
attention to detail and negotiation skills she brings to each
transaction. In addition, Shannan holds a BA in Communications from San
Diego State University.
When Shannan isn’t
hard at work-helping clients in her community-her greatest joy comes
with spending time with her 3 sons. Riding bikes in Annadel, fishing at
Spring Lake and playing baseball at Rincon Valley Little League.
